Australian Crawl Springfield is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people, especially those who use our services. Our workers will treat all children and young people with respect and always understanding and listen to their concerns.

We believe that a preventative and proactive approach to child safety is essential for creating a secure and welcoming environment for everyone who visits our aquatic centre. We achieve this by delivering regular, comprehensive training and professional development for our team. These programs are guided by our company’s core values and supported by all stakeholders.

Complaints Policy

At the Orion Lagoon, we take all feedback and complaints seriously. We are committed to addressing concerns from clients, visitors, and the public promptly, impartially, and with fairness.
